Chemical Hazardous Risk Assessment (CHRA) 

The CHRA is an assessment that has to be conducted by the employer arising from the use, handling, storage or transportation of chemicals hazardous to health in the workplace as required by the Occupational Safety and Health (Use and Standard of Exposure of Chemicals Hazardous to Health) Regulation 2000

Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) Inspection  

is an engineering system designed to reduce employee exposure to airborne contaminants such as dust, mist, fume, vapor, gas in the workplace by capturing the emission at source and transporting it to a safe emission point or to a filter / scrubber

Indoor Noise Exposure Monitoring 

is to measure the level of noise being exposed to employees at a workplace and this Indoor Noise Exposure monitoring is mandatory under Factories and Machinery Act 1967.

The Indoor Noise Exposure monitoring shall be conducted at least once, until there are changes in the production machinery such as layout of the machine, manpower movement, etc.. However, wherever applicable, another round of Indoor Noise Exposure monitoring (Positive Noise Exposure Monitoring)to be performed within 6 months.

Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Monitoring  

refers to the air quality within and around buildings and structures, especially as it relates to the health and comfort of building occupants. Understanding and controlling common pollutants indoors can help reduce your risk of indoor health concerns. Health effects from indoor air pollutants may be experienced soon after exposure or, possibly, years later.
